Buyer (Motomap User) can assess whether the vehicle matches the description provided in Motomap (Listed).


5. Shipping Costs:

The buyer (Motomap User), seller (Motomap Dealer User) covers these costs.


6. Delivery Times:

The buyer (Motomap User), seller (Motomap Dealer User) Communicate the expected delivery times for each shipping option.


7. Local Pickup:

local pickup available as per the Seller Perspective. including the location, scheduling, and any necessary documentation or verification.


8. Returns and Disputes:

Outline the process for addressing disputes or returns in case the vehicle is not as described or if any issues arise during delivery.


9. Legal Compliance:

Legal compliance, including vehicle registration, title transfer, and safety inspections in the buyer's jurisdiction.
